Had an excellent experience at Hyperspud Sports! Lauretta was amazing - she stretched the toe box of some new hiking boots that were a little tight and gave me great advice on wearing them in.
Lauretta is A-MA-ZING!! I am new to climbing- went to Hyperspud last week and Lauretta was extremely helpful. She did a harness and shoe fitting immediately after asking if I needed help finding anything. The fitting was great and I got excellent deals. 5 out of 5 would recommend!
