I brought my computer to Hyperion PC for evaluation. At the time of drop-off, I was told that the diagnostic was free. This representation is consistent with Hyperion PC’s publicly advertised policy stating that diagnostics are “100% free” and that customers may decline repairs and retrieve their devices without charge. Being in IT, this is the only computer/phone repair place I trust enough to send my friends and family there when I don't have the time to assist myself. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Just sent my mom there again this morning as she thought she accidentally wiped her computer, but Cameron got her back up and running in just a couple of minutes. They're the best!
Wouldn't return
Tried their best, and when they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me. Just how it goes sometimes. Thanks for trying! UPDATE: Went to them for some computer stuff. Their service was decently quick and they even absorbed some unexpected costs. Big fan of them, will continue to use them for electronics repair stuff
