This is not your typical coaching program. There are a lot of coaching companies out there. Most seem to be run by people that haven't been active in the market for years...or decades. I have to say training here is second to none. Never in my career have I seen an office put together such an incredible on boarding training program. New agents out the gate are converting business on all fronts like I’ve never seen. I learned more on lead conversion here in 3 weeks than I had since I started almost two decades ago. It’s an intense program but if done the right way, you will succeed!
