We drove an hour to this unfriendly and uninviting staff. Dr. Delucia was extremely rude to us, didn’t welcome us in, came right up and said what questions do you have cause I know you’ve done this before. Told us we need a script for our son he will not monitor him, that’s our job to do. A doctor should be monitoring a patient at their facility. There’s 6 hbot units in there with only 1 person monitoring all the units. There should be a doctor evaluating each patients progress to see how they are doing and if any adjustment... read more
