Do not business here. If you buy a pack of sessions owner will lie that you used the session when you didn't, or say she gave you a 1.5 or 2 hour session when she clearly only books for 1 hour. There is no sign in sheets when you go in, so its her word against yours. In addition, if you share your personal reasons for going into the hyperbaric med spa, she will share it with every other customer. There is NO customer privacy here. I would give her ZERO stars if this survey would have allowed it.

I am sorry ************ feels this way. ************ is angry over our cancellation policy. As a small business owner I cannot control how a customer views us. But I will say if we were all that bad I do not understand why ************ would book multiple appointments with us and in addition multiple packages? At some point in life, in business or in your personal life; some people are just unhappy no matter how hard you try to please them.
