Honestly, if I could I would give my experience a 0 I would! We had a birthday party this weekend and I am EXTREMELY upset at our experience and how management is handling this situation! For one, NOT ONCE did they mention they were under construction, I would have NEVER booked a party at this facility if this would have been mentioned prior to booking especially because that it's the area my daughter would play in. The place is undergoing renovations. Couldn’t even use the toddler side for my baby to enjoy herself on her birthday. I had to keep an eye on her so she wouldn’t go onto the renovations side it was only divided by a blue cover of some sort that was hanging from the ceiling. Place was dead! No music playing, until a party came that reserved a room. Guess if you don’t reserve a room you don’t have to listen to music.
