Hello—I had a very bad experience, and I wasn't the only one; quite a few people on March 23 2026 yesterday felt the same way. The employee they had working—who was walking around with an injured foot—was in a terrible mood, shouting and making nasty faces. The service she provided was extremely poor, especially considering we had paid for a birthday package.
Fantastic value for money. Birthday events will be my next purchase. We'll run place for kids and adults.
Drove 45 minutes to find out a private party had the place closed. It was never advertised on their social media like other Hyper Kidz do. I also checked the website and Google. Normal hours were posted. The employee response at the door when I informed him was oops someone getting fired. Very disappointed to tell my children we couldn't play.
Been to a million birthday parties here, the kids always have a great time!!
We had my son’s birthday party at HyperKidz today, and overall it was a great experience. Our party attendant was fantastic—super helpful, attentive, and made everything run smoothly. We booked the Royal Party package, which was definitely worth it. The only downside was not being aware ahead of time that there isn’t any additional time allowed in the room for decorating.
