The mini area needs some love, more cleaning and toys as I don’t think the attractions are suitable for 2 and under. The part I didn’t like the most is that no one is really checking that older kids get into areas they’re not supposed to. Many times my kid was pushed by older kids running around. Someone should be checking as there could be an accident since kids are playing and not being careful.) Update, never coming back againÂ
We have been coming to hyper kids for awhile and today was just absurd. The last time we tried to go they were working in the middle section and there were screws and tools everywhere with kids running through it. How they are even allowed to be opened boggles my mind. I had asked for a refund or a pass to come back (because the new section is nice on the left side) she was very rude about it but ended up giving me two passes. We took our two and three year old today for the first time and they had a blast! My husband and I did as well! The place is very clean, and we love that they are a no shoe and only socks area ! The favorite attractions were the slides and the glow stick interaction board. It was mid day and it wasn’t hectic unlike some places we have been to.
