Alice the Assistant is very hard of listening and very unprofessional I was given an old address never was sent the new address instead of being accountable and admitting she mad a mistake she was argumentative and proceed to tell me that she called me never once confirmed she had the right phone number when asked what number she had it was of course wrong when I asked what email address the email came from and I searched through my inbox it was never sent I am in pain and need surgery I don’t have time to get another referr... read more

They give you appoinment and they dont respect your time, is a long time waiting, the doctor Shin saw me 1 hour after my appoinment, so bad!

He saved my husbands life several years back in an emergency surgery due to diverticulitis. A few years after my husband started having stomach issues and he went to seek for help with many doctors and nobody could help him, my husband realized he needed to go and see Dr Shin, we did, doctor saw him in the room, and before even touching him he told him, it’s your gallbladder, he removed it and the pain went away, now ma y years after, I’m about to try to see him as I’m having lots of stomach issues, I trust him he will figur... read more

I would not recommend this guy. He didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me in person after my husbands procedure. When the nurse called him, he was rude to her and to me. Said he left I message. I told him I did not get a message. Doesn’t post the results in a portal. Requires an office visit so he can milk insurance. Sorry I have to even give him one star.
