I ordered a wedding ring for my husband and it absolutely fits great! He gets compliments all the time for the uniqueness of the ring. (Western silver rope ring). Also a coincidence that it was stamped 09/25 which is his birthday!
Bought a roughly $400 pendant and the hook keeps wearing out faster than the James Avery chain its attached to. As a matter of face the James Avery pendant I took off to replace with the Hyo silver lasted longer, I only took it off to put on the Hyo silver pendant. I’ve already paid them once to replace the hook sets and this is occurring again. Expensive cheap junk. It’s disappointing because you’d think you are buying something made to last but it doesn’t. Lovely salesperson, Jade helped us out with exquisite charm and grace
Would not recommend. I approved a custom pendent order the beginning of April. Never received an invoice so my order could be processed. Sent emails over the last 4 months. Said they would get back to me and never did. Finally got the invoice and instead of making things right I would have had to wait another 2-1/2 months to get my order. If I knew this is Hyo Silver ran a business I would have went with someone else and I could have had my pendent by now.
