Had garage door openers installed on our shop. We had several problems with them. We've contacted them several times. The first time he came out to fix it and the last few times we have gotten brushed off.
Overwhelmingly positive review! Called and they came the same day to assess the garage door springs. Came back the next day with the parts and completed the repair. They were honest and told me my other garage door springs didn't need work at this time. Friendly, professional and I didn't have to wait to get the repair done!
Spring broke on our garage door. Tim came out quickly and got our door back in order. He addressed all our concerns and didn't try and upsell us on anything. Felt the price was honest. I would recommend this business.
Tim Hymer worked us into his busy weekend schedule to help us out when our garage door cable came off of the drum, and we were very appreciative. He quickly fixed it and charged a very reasonable amount. He was very honest, no upselling. He said to call him with any other garage door needs. I definitely will! By the way, he is a local independent Tooele business and it's always good to patronize locally when able. Hymer's was great to work with.
