Called here to order a flower arrangement for one of my employees, the older woman I spoke to couldn’t be bothered with my questions on delivery times and what arrangements they had available (she stated they didn’t have much in stock) so naturally I needed to know what they did have in stock. With out notice, or saying let me put someone on the phone who can answer your questions she just handed over the phone to someone else.
