I know Hyme Tyme will remember and know who’s writing this review. They’ll probably say I’m a disgruntle costumer but I have every reason to be. I brought them my keepsake 6 stone sapphire cocktail ring where one stone was missing. I asked for same color size. Around a week later they offered an option Marquise which i said no and insisted real saphire. HT quoted $560 to replace the stone and tighten prongs. Lovely people. They changed the battery on my watch within 10 min. Very wholesome place.
They helped pop the battery cover on my watch that I couldn’t get off myself. Great people.
