Something has definitely happened to this place in the last couple of years. I can’t get a hold to anyone at the office you leave a message. No one will return your call as a result. I haven’t had a mammogram since November 2022 is the doctor sick? I’m gonna have to call Blue Cross and find out what’s going on and explore my other options. I’ve been a patient of Dr Mikkilineni‘s for a long time and would hate to change, but I have to I guess.
My Dr for 5 years she is great
Today I had the most unprofessional experience with Dr. Hymavati Mikkilinen. Her office staff was amiable; however, she was not. I've never had a provider ask me repeatedly what I did for a living, and the fact she asked me because I worked for an insurance company was I the reason the providers were not getting paid was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. I felt uncomfortable and DO NOT recommend this provider.
I can speak from my experience with Dr. Mikkilineni. She has been my Doctor for close to 30 years now and my husband's for over 15 years. I am very informed on my health and kept up to date on the things I need to do to have better health. I receive calls and updates to inform me of what's going on with me even when she should be off. Dr. Mikkilineni is very professional and has a lot of compassion. My prescriptions are always on time and when they are not is because I haven't done what I was suppose to do. Dr. Mik has been my doctor well over 20 years and I have never had any problems. I live in texas now and hopefully I can use my insurance back in Riverdale because I don't feel comfortable with any one of these doctors here!! I'd rather fly home for my physical. The greatest doctor, my doctor!!
