Horrible landlord publishing a letter that threatened to evicte renters and cut cable even though they don't pay the cable bill.
Horrible, psychotic landlord not only threatens to evict tenants, but when the repercussions come in, he makes a half baked apology and uses some vague language about "working with tenants" rather than offering a solution... after he threatens to evict them mid pandemic.
