When I bought my car I felt like the salesman and finance manager "took care of me". I soon realized they took advantage of me. Sold me an Ultra Care Warranty from Continental Warranty for $4990. I have submitted 3 claims and all have been denied. Hyman Bros told me this was the best warranty money could buy and it was a "bumper to bumper" coverage. They lied. BUYER BEWARE!
I bought my 2013 vehicle from GQ at Hyman Bros. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and took care of everything. I had the car shipped to me in Asheville, and I was expecting more work on my end. But the car showed up on my doorstep and I signed for it, and that was it. Great experience.
We have bought 3 used cars from Hyman Bros dealers over the last 3 years and we will buy our next car from one of the dealerships as well.
