Purchased a new construction home from Hylton Enterprises back in 2014. Recently had an electrical fire in one of the GFCI outlets in my kitchen (see photos). Had an electrician come out and he found that the fire was caused by loose connections. The electrician also noted that my kitchen refrigerator power outlet was improperly installed as it shares the same circuit with several other power outlets in my house when it should not. I saw a sign that lead me to these homes, so I set up an appointment to meet with one of the sales associates. During that meeting we walked through the model home and I specifically asked, how much is this home as seen, meaning with everything that's within it. I was told that the home as seen was $539,685. Once I met with the lead sales representative I was told an entire different number, which was significantly higher, but made absolutely no sense as to how the numbers increased to over $577k.
