RecommendedEvery person on the staff is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Honestly it is a breath of fresh air. I do long-distance rides with friends and also do a lot of research on bikes for my myself and my family. In other shops they were very dismissive. But here they were kind and professional, and ordered the bikes I needed. They even delivered one when my shoulder was hurt. I rarely write reviews but I highly recommend this shop.
This review is based on the customer service via Facebook. I think it’s a great idea to utilize this site to market their store and lure customers by doing preorder prior to receiving delivery. However, their customer service is MEH – they definitely didn’t go out of their way to accommodate and answer your questions. They want you to call (which the phone line is BUSY all day) and be at the store when they open at 10am on a weekday!!! What can I say about this place. They are friendly , honest, and always happy to help. I have been going here for the last ten years. it's a great shop and Family owned and I like supporting small local businesses, give them a try you won't be disappointed. These are two of the 'firebikes" they built for me.
My husband and I went to find me a bike for my birthday. This family owned business was beyond AMAZING. They spent time with us and answered all our questions. we bought a bike on presale. Worth every penny. looking forward to continuing doing business with them. Despite all the obstacles with COVID.... they made our experience memorable. Thank you Hyland!

Despite the social distancing I was still able to purchase a good bike. They were patient with me and brought out bikes for me to check out in my price range. I will be back for sure!

Great experience with Hyland Bikes! They had our bikes in stock and were able to deliver to our kiddos during the shelter in place order. One of the bikes was a little too small for our teen, and they came back the next day and brought the next size up! So happy to shop and support local small business and even happier when they return the favor by going above and beyond! Highly recommend Hyland!
