Worst place to buy from ** UPDATED **Worst bike shop and return policy/guarantee ever!! After 39 days the derailleur got wrapped around the spoke during a ride. They maintained they had no idea how it happened. The refused to let me return it (after 39 days) and they refused to help fix it all they said was that I had to pay additional money to fix it -- this came from the owner and the manager Tom. I was highly disappointed and I will never purchase fr this shop again, horrible parts and horrible service. Lesson learned, if... read more

Today was the last time I'll be visiting it this shop. I've been in many times but I feel like the owner/manager is unfriendly and not customer oriented. Many of my friends have also been in and they are never willing to work with customers on price, they also don't go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I have a brand new bike that I purchased there and my tire cracked after 100 miles or so, they made me pay for the cost of a new tire and then when they offered to put the tire on they wouldn't even comp the 7$ serv... read more
