We bought an expensive bike and it was not rideable right out of the shop (even the sales girl knew of the issues before leaving the shop) My husband tried to fix it since we live 3 hours away and lost the brake fluid. They weren't willing to take care of the issues and now we have to take it somewhere else.
Hyland has been helping out my family for over 25 years now and has never failed to go above and beyond expectations. They are family owned and have always been very very personable. Prices are fair and competitive so I always feel like I'm getting the best price. My dad bought me my first bike from them when I was 5 and we haven't gone anywhere else since.

This is my favorite shop in the valley. I've never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need or rip me off. If anything, they go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price.
