Wasn’t sure where to take my classic truck to get worked on because my regular mechanic is in Flagstaff. I didn’t want to roll the dice with any of the repair shop chains because it’s tough to trust those places, and they usually aren’t too familiar with older vehicles. I brought mine to Hyland and couldn’t be happier. Very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. I try to do a lot of repairs myself but some things are above my skill set. Won’t hesitate to bring my truck back there when it needs work.
Great service, honest, accurate appraisals of issues critical and those that can wait. Veteran owned and staffed. Dave's my go to guy for any work "my fleet" (4 cars) may require--from routine to handling sudden issues.
Hyland Automotive helped me uncover serious problems that my previous repair shop caused to my vehicle. Instead of doing the work themselves and getting a big pay day, they told me of the issue and advised that I go to the previous shop to have them do it for free. That, to me, shows an enormous amount of integrity. They earned a customer for life.
Fair, honest, and knowledgeable about cars of many types. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

5 STARS-Dave is always professional and honest! He has been our trusted family mechanic for years! I have trusted him to maintain my wife’s car, my truck and our daughters vehicles. My daughter even took her vehicle and when she thought there was a problem and Dave‘s team did an inspection and came back and told us that all was well.
