George is a one of a kind landlord. In my rental experiences in the past, I've had good and bad management, but George is a step above. He is very personable, hands-off, and responsive. Very reachable by text. He has also been very considerate and flexible with my living situations and made me feel at ease with the process when I was looking for places. I highly recommend Hylan Place Apartmemts! They are extremely spacious and modern. You feel like you are living in a home not an apartment. The landlord is also the owner of the property. He is always available if you have any concerns or issues. He responds quickly and resolves things promptly. He really cares about his tenants! You won’t want to leave once you move here! It’s an Amazing place!
Just moved in a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it here. George is by far the best landlord I have ever rented from. He really cares about his tenants and it shows in the way the property is kept up. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious.
