Worst follow up care. Called five times to check insurance coverage for upcoming appointment. Twice was just left on hold. Finally found out that after my last appointment, no notes were put in my file, so they actually have no idea why I'm coming in. Seems like they just try to book as many clients as possible and then scramble to fit everyone in, and provide decent care if that.
Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable! They are nonjudgmental and make you actually feel good about your dental plan of action moving forward. Recommended here by my husband and I tell everyone I know about them!
I had an amazing experience at Hylan Dental! Annette, the hygienist, completed my deep cleaning completely pain-free. The entire staff provided exceptional service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
