Fantastic company from start to finish. Able to schedule online with follow up texts for verification and info on when the techs would arrive. Both workers were polite and kind as well as efficient. The area around my dryer was cleaned up upon completion and they offered me the option to see the actual lint and dirt blown out the vent. Photos of before and after were texted to me and a phone call to make sure I was satisfied and to remind me that a yearly cleaning is the safest plan. I highly recommend this company!
So glad I happened to see the Hygenic Air Plus truck at 711 and talked to Logan. Professional, honest, great value, work performed timely and thoroughly. <p>I hired Hygenic Air first week of May to clean out my dryer Vents lint buildup, his workers moved the dryer and while doing so ripped up my flooring below. I contacted Jeff who was the owner he responded quickly to my home to see the damage done and promised he would fix the floors, now it has been 2 months and he is claiming he can’t find a worker to fix the floors even though over a week ago i gave him a contact number for a handyman to fix the floors. Definitely a good company to call for air duct/vent cleaning & dryer vent cleaning. They were upfront about pricing, were even early to service (called ahead to see if it was ok). Would definitely recommend.
Great vent cleaning service. The guys that came out were efficient and respectful. The new house I bought smelled immensely like dog. This service significantly reduced the smell without me even cleaning the rest of the house yet. They also showed us before and after photos of the vents. Very satisfied.
