I had such an amazing experience at Hygiea Health & Wellness with Jaclyn. From the moment I arrived, she created such a grounding, calming atmosphere that immediately helped me relax and unwind. The facial itself was wonderful but what really stood out was how safe, peaceful, and cared for she made me feel throughout the entire experience. There are not enough positive words to describe Cathy and Jaclyn at Hygeia. Just book it. Cathy has helped me so much and she has a client for life. My health has improved so much since becoming her client. She is attentive, kind, positive, brilliant in her field and incredibly professional. I cannot say enough about the experience I had with Cathy and Hygiea Health and Wellness. She is an amazing woman with incredible insight. Dealing with grief is so difficult, having Cathy on my side helped me to cope during the lows, made me feel worthy and, most importantly, allowed me to have the confidence to enjoy my life independently and fully. I have been working with Hygiea Health for the last year. Cathy has been absolutely AMAZING guiding me through grief and helping to put my life back together. She always goes above and beyond listening, providing helpful resources, and always recommending helpful tasks for me to try, for example doing one task a day to help calm my nervous system.
