Love this salon! A light and bright space, with a friendly and qualified staff. I would highly recommend.
Hidden gem in Downtown Los Altos. I’ve normally been to Nail Salons having been raised in East Bay & working in South Bay San Jose but this one is becoming a frequent stop of mine. I love that Downtown Los Altos is so relaxing, a great place for a walk around window shopping, some coffee or errands. Downtown has Hygia, a top tier nail salon, maybe downtown is just missing a Day Spa with a Sauna or a Dessert Shop like Europe and they may be set. They were really nice, but, they overcut my toenails and it hurts even a few days after. We went mostly for the advertised pedicure massage and I honestly didn’t even realize it had started as she was just moving her hands up and down without any pressure. I think the service is very dependent on the person you get.
I had an ok experience here i got a basic manicure nothing to much it felt like i was only paying for a massage she missed spots on my nails and when she scraped it ruining the polish she didnt clean it at all and just chuckled and kept on painting
