Liz is incredible!! I went to her for the first time yesterday, and the massage was hands down the best one I’ve ever received. Her hands are magic. She is strong and skilled and knew exactly what my body needed. I have health issues, and she was so thorough and caring. As a masage therapist, I have chronic tightness from repeated use of certain muscles. Liz is very detailed and technical in her approach while still delivering a deeply relaxing massage. I highly recommend!

I have been struggling with a persistent headache for a few months now and getting massages has been one of the only ways I've been able to combat it to some extent. Liz's massage helped to find a ton of pressure points to alleviate a lot of the pain I am experiencing and I can definitely recommend coming here for a massage!

I had such an amazing experience with Liz! This was my first time getting a massage, and she made me feel extremely comfortable. The environment and energy was amazing. I have been dealing with intense lower back pain visiting various MDs and Chiropractors, but she gave my back the relief that it needed. I will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and I will 1000% be returning!!
