As a masage therapist, I have chronic tightness from repeated use of certain muscles. Liz is very detailed and technical in her approach while still delivering a deeply relaxing massage. I highly recommend!
I have been struggling with a persistent headache for a few months now and getting massages has been one of the only ways I've been able to combat it to some extent. Liz's massage helped to find a ton of pressure points to alleviate a lot of the pain I am experiencing and I can definitely recommend coming here for a massage!

Had such an amazing massage with Liz! She is so talented. It had been a bit since I had a massage and she made me feel comfortable & really listened to what I needed worked on. The massage was so very relaxing but also super effective- I left feeling a million times better! Her space is calming and cozy. I plan to return soon and am recommending her to my family&friends.
