I sent some rzr 1000 front shocks to these guys and wow is the only word you can say!!!! I literally can hit a creek at like 30 without the harsh ride anymore should have done it along time ago. Suspension is everything and these guys nailed it I’ll continue to shop them my shocks for service. Highly impressed
these guys are awesome. with the corona going around they are short handed amd fox is closed they machined the parts i needed from scratch i told them i needed them by a certain date they called me the day before i need them and told me they were done and they were about to ship them. they over nighted them and they showed up a hour before scheduled delivery.. they made it happen period
Very deceiving, order a coil spring month ago salesman told me 5 days with 50$+ shipping cost did'nt receive nothing yet... and no more tracking... I did'nt expect it anymore
Up front with me through whole proses, sent pics of shocks torn apart ready for rebuild highly satisfied. They’ll make a lot of money off of me now lol
Awesome folks at Hygear. I stopped in with a very minor job, and the had the job done and out the door in five minutes. Very clean and organized shop with an impressive level of professionalism, but also the feel of a friendly low key staff. I will be back when I have a more substantial suspension job! The customer service is awful, just at the novi Michigan snow-show, and i wouldn’t recommend these people or company to anyone! Very rude man by the name of Ross at booth. Very short and cocky. Needless to say you want to promote your product and company don’t act like that in public. My husband had problems last year with this company, in keeping the shocks and adding all these crazy fees and cost in on shocks that just needed a simple rebuild, making a bunch of promises last year at the snow-show at how cheap and the fast ... read more
