If I could give this office 0 stars, I would. Run from this place. The negative reviews are accurate and reflect my experience completely. My time at Dr. Kim's Dental Office was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a healthcare provider. The wait times were consistently excessive, the staff was rude and unprofessional, and my treatment was repeatedly prolonged. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. TOTAL SCAM AND PRICE GOUGING. Please save your money, your time, and your teeth by avoiding this clinic. The dentist here uses high-pressure sales tactics to scam patients. I was told my teeth were in terrible shape and needed urgent "repairs." Trusting their professional judgment, I paid them in two separate visits—first $800, and then another $300, totaling $1,100.
