After a few phone calls and texts and having never met James i had him remove and replace my old broken water softener system. He showed up with the new equipment exactly when he said he would. As a fellow skilled tradesman i can say without a doubt the job he did was very professional and clean. Were it not for the extra bags of softener pellets he left for us and the new equipment you wouldn't have known he was there. Did I mention the solder around the copper joints was perfect no drips.
