I found this store on line, they have a great web site, so I decided to pay a visit as I work close by. What a great location right on Woodward with easy in and out parking plus you can load your car at the rear receiving door. Very friendly and accommodating, they had all the products I was looking for and the discount was so much better than other stores in the area. The inventory is incredible! i was very impressed with the location and staff of this store,they were very thorough with all of my questions.i attended a grower class over the weekend and found it quit helpful.i do not see myself searching any more for a store for help now that i know his franchise exist!
This is a really great destination - lots of great products and great service. They are located right on Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak. Make sure you check out the nutrient selection. Great staff -- they take the time to answer your questions. ** They invited me to attend a grow class and Andrew did a great job!
I was very disappointed with the customer service and products that I got at this store. I bought a Groupon for my girlfriend before Christmas for a in-home start up germination kit. I had to go back to the store numerous times in order to get all of the items promised in the Groupon. Additionally, I made numerous phone calls that were unreturned. Very disappointing. This new store is a genuine gem. They have several of the top product lines of nutrients, growth media, and a LOT of equipment in stock. Their prices are extremely good, they underprice everyone else in the local market (and maybe nationally). Most of all, their staff is REALLY friendly and well-informed. Several times they steered me away from the more expensive items to lower-cost substitutes that performed even better. I recommend these folks without hesitation.

this place is clean cut and unlike any of the other stores in this industry ive been in.... very clean cut and knowledgable... good in stock inventory very pleased with my first experience there
