We bought a PWC dock three years ago and it developed a hole and would not function. GeGe was very helpful in getting it warrantied and replacing it without any problems at all. Very pleased with the Company and for backing their products.
After the ice storm of 2026, I feared my boating days would be sharply curtailed when I discovered that my HydroHoist unit had gone underwater and was malfunctioning. Knowing that dozens of other units were similarly damaged across Lake Texoma, I was just sure it would take months to get replacement parts ordered, built and delivered to HydroHoist of Texas.
