Contacted Hydrodynamics for an issue with my newly installed Hayward pool heater. The technician was quickly dispatched to my home (within a day) and able to diagnose and repair the issue. Warranty claim was efficiently handled by the Hydrodynamics staff. Made for a great experience. Will definitely use this company again if I have any future issue. The responsiveness and contact made with me during the visit (to ensure I was aware of issues found) make all the difference. Its hard to find a business as well run as this one.

Tatiana the manager called my workplace and I called her back later from my mobile phone. She called to ask me to change my review (per her boss), and because she was so nice, I did edit it. Good service, just make sure you pay them on time or you will be crucified. Just kidding. The magistrate will come for you.

Horrendous customer service! I reached out to this company since I have a water heating issue in my hot tub. The technician, Andrew, claimed to have been working in this industry for 11 years, has never seen this type of a hot tub. Shockingly, he could not even figure out how the heating element works. He supposedly called the manufacturing company and told me everything is working fine. He did not diagnose the problem nor did he resolve the issue since my hot tub is still not heating up and now they are charging me 500$! Wh... read more

DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES! ITS a SCAM! They will waste your valuable time and rob you. I am new to the area and unfortunately I was referred to these guys by my hot tub company. First of all they are very unprofessional and showed total disregard for my time then I was charged 450$ for a problem that has not still not been diagnosed let alone be solved. I am frustrated! Can someone tell me how to report them??
