Did not get my gun back in promised time, and almost missed my hunt. Did not have gun reassembled when I picked it up. Didn't know how so I had to show him. Did not dip scope mount. Camo finish started coming off a month later. Will never use this guy again. Filthy shop. I should have known better. Not very timely didn't get my stuff done in time but did return my money and my stuff without question and gave me $5 extra for inconvenience
Worst experience ever! Made appointment for a Saturday called Chad when he didnt show up. He had forgotten all about the appointment. We brought him 6 gun stocks to have dipped. He claimed he was going to give us a discount for multiple guns. He did not! Charged us full price. Told us they would be ready by Wednesday. They were not. Then Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday finally we got to pick them up on Sunday. Out of the 6 stocks only one of them we was acceptable. One was so bad we left it with him. Terribly unprofessional. I picked up a gun stock for my brother in law and was horrified at the shoddy workmanship. In addition to being done a week late, it looked terrible. Not only that, but it had scratches as if it had been dropped or poorly handled. When I called to pick it up, the voicemail was full; though he did meet me promptly.
