VERY poor service with no room for compromise or anything. They will NOT do any returns or exchanges. During my order there was NO mention on ANY page throughout my entire order that mentions that they do not accept returns or exchanges. They do mention it on one page but unless you browse their entire site you would never know!

Worst customer service experience. Suppose because their product is great they dont need to relate to customer experience. Because of this my $’s have been wasted in a product i cant use.
