I would like to share my experience with hydro temp to hopefully STOP someone from making a very expensive mistake like I did. When my family built our dream home we were told geo thermal was the way to go! My home has 3 separate units and not 1 of those units have made it an entire year working properly. 10 years later I can truthfully say it’s the worst decision we have ever made. Avoid these guys at all costs, they sold me a unit, it does not work properly and I had to call another company to come look at the unit. It took them 5 minutes to show me what was wrong with my unit. Hydro Temp called me a liar and will not fix the unit, or sell me the part to have the other guys fix the unit. Please avoid these guys at all costs.
