They were on time and did a good job. Cost is though a bit steep but okay for the quality and professionalism
Hydro tech installed our system ten years ago and has maintained it ever since. I called to ask a few simple questions regarding the programming of the system. I was told that only technicians can offer such guidance and I would have to make an appt that would cost at least 150 dollars. I was shocked. No one could answer a few questions? Feynando andI & Francisco were great! They were on time, polite and efficient. They found the issue with my sprinkler system, replaced the broken parts, and had it running again the same day!
I became an ex-customer of this worthless company today. This is my second 1-star review of them. I can't believe I stuck with them the last time. But their deceptive pricing practices was the last straw. They say they charge at a rate of $150 per hour, but nowhere on their invoice or website do they tell you that there is a 1 hour minimum charge. And, the mark up parts by 300%. I recently paid $150 for a job that took the tech 15 minutes to complete and $35 for a sprinkler head that sells on Amazon for $12. These guys have ... read more
