I have been with Hydrotech for 20 years. Service was ok, but prices are high. I received an email to get a mid year review. I paid in advance and if they had to make any repairs it would be extra. Well that’s when things went bad. I needed 3 rotary heads replaced, they charged me $84.00 for each head and I needed a rebuild kit for the back flow preventer a Wilkins 975xl that they charged me $375.00. Hydro -Tech Irrigation came out to diagnose and repair my Rainbird Irrigation System ...from the initial call with service scheduling to my service technician"Johnny" and his partner they were polite, caring, punctual, great communication, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it (faulty solenoid valve) and checked all of the other ten zones to make sure they were operating correctly and finished it all in less than an hour! Alfredo was great. It was the first time that I used Hydrotech and I had a great experience. Alfredo explained everything that he did and was extremely nice. I plan to continue to use Hydrotech and recommend them to my friends.
The team from Hydro Tech/Illuminata (Hermes - Irrigation installation foreman, Cesar - Lighting installation foreman, and David - sales) installed sprinklers and lighting for us and did a great job. They were all very easy to work with, friendly, and professional. I was worried when I saw them pulling up the grass to install everything, but after they were done you could barely tell they had even touched it! Would certainly recommend them and work with them again.
