Our new Hydro-Tech irrigation system is fantastic. The design gives us complete coverage without wasteful overlap. And the functionality of the latest technology in rain heads is significantly better than a previous system we inherited. Hydro-Tech’s installation and service teams were friendly, responsive and completed all the work when they said they would. We recommend them fully and enthusiastically! Update: just had our spring turn on with Hydro-Tech. They are the best at keeping everything running smoothly.
The irrigation technicians did an excellent job. I was given a verbal quote for all the work completed and when I was billed for the actual work, it came out to be about 40% higher than they verbally quoted when the work was completed. I’ve spoken to Hydro about this. They decided not to do anything about it. I can accept a higher price but not 40% higher than the verbal quote by an experienced senior technician. I’ve concluded that I will never use their irrigation services again.

Thank you Hydro-tech After calling and sending multiple messages , never heard back from them. regarding a job they did, unprofessional customer service. after a month , they took my money and never bother to call me back.
