When calling in to get an update on when power was returning, was directed to an automated system that had 0 options to talk to someone. As a plus, the menu options were circular and resulted in no progress. Non existent customer service. Rates should drop by 90+% until they can provide power and service.
The company doesn't deserve even one star. The service is very poor. Today the whole neighborhood in Port Perry, Ontario has been staying without hydro for all day long! We cannot cook, can not take a shower... We don't have hot water in the cold weather. We cannot feed our children with warm meals.
