The company doesn't deserve even one star. The service is very poor. Today the whole neighborhood in Port Perry, Ontario has been staying without hydro for all day long! We cannot cook, can not take a shower... We don't have hot water in the cold weather. We cannot feed our children with warm meals.
Absolute joke of a hydro company. They cut our areas power every damn morning and gave us zero heads up.
Worst customer service. Called them like so many times just to get confirmation of the services and been waiting for 3 weeks and still didn’t receive it. Every time I call to request I been told to wait 24 hours
Hydro One has terrible service AND customer service. They also contract to third parties and the work they do is terrible as well. They do not give notice for driveways being blocked, for outages due to maintenance, nada. The workers spit, swear, and do not respect the property on which they are working. Watch for the crew with license plate BK 33655 in the Hydro One truck. Such terrible service, I’m going to make my home run on alternate power methods so I can excommunicate this horrendous company.
