I just had Ethan, Service Technician at the house checking my A/C unit because it stopped working right at the 90 degree days. He was wonderful. Prompt, polite, friendly. He found the issue and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a short amount of time. I’m so very grateful. I’ll look forward to seeing him again when it’s time for my furnace to be serviced. I am so very grateful to A&S for such prompt and great service.

Had a leaking tub faucet leaking down the walls to basement. More to story but the principal of the story is the tech was here for 10 minutes. He had to check with the office after assessing came back in and said there was nothing he could do, but I still have to charge $100. I understand a service fee, but if you don't touch or do anything give them a discount. I think the job was bigger than they wanted to do. After this I've been told they are known for this. I will not recommend this company..
Very polite, cleaned up after servicing, GREAT job! Will definitely use them again.
