I honestly can’t believe how terrible my experience with this company has been. These people have no idea what they’re doing, absolutely zero professionalism or competence. Every single step of the process was a mess. They made promises they never kept, twisted their words when things went wrong, and tried to shift the blame instead of taking responsibility. This company is full of incompetent workers and their administrative staff is pretty bad as well. After many go arounds with this company and many opportunities for them to fix the problems that they created with our sprinkler system, we really got nowhere. We received tons of bills and they did reduce some of them, but we ended up paying almost $2000. I had an appointment scheduled for 7-1-24 between 12-4pm. I got a text that I confirmed at 3:46. It said technician would be there soon. I waited until 4:05 and then made popcorn and sat down to watch , an already on, TV. No one ever showed up. When calling the office the next day, I was told tech was here and stayed for five minutes after ringing the doorbell. The lady told me the GPS shows he was here and stayed until 4:05.
