Paid over $2K to just add a sprinkler zone and move a few sprinkler heads. This was not what was agreed upon, but the price I was stuck with due to the poor planning and staffing of this crew. Long story short - it took them four visits. I ended up with fewer zones than I started with because they couldn’t get two of them working. I can’t believe how terrible my experience with this company has been. They were a great company in the past. These people have no idea what they’re doing, absolutely zero professionalism or competence. They will charge extra for their own incompetence.
BEWARE!, BEWARE, BEWARE....I used this company for both residential and commercial work and had a good experience initially with Tommy, however he has now left the company and the people now that i have had to deal with gave me initial thoughts and we discussed XMAS lighting and then a few days before installation they informed the price was almost DOUBLE what we had discussed. I honestly can’t believe how terrible my experience with this company has been. These people have no idea what they’re doing, absolutely zero professionalism or competence. Every single step of the process was a mess. They made promises they never kept, twisted their words when things went wrong, and tried to shift the blame instead of taking responsibility. This company is full of incompetent workers and their administrative staff is pretty bad as well. After many go arounds with this company and many opportunities for them to fix the problems that they created with our sprinkler system, we really got nowhere. We received tons of bills and they did reduce some of them, but we ended up paying almost $2000.
