I have a son with special needs who is very sensitive to haircuts, so finding a barber who is patient and understanding means everything to us. The barbers made him feel comfortable and took their time. They also did an amazing haircut! Grateful for the kindness they showed him and would recommend them 100% to everyone
The quality of service isn’t the same as it used to be. The attention to detail isn’t the same he would just want to rush your haircuts even if you’re a tipping customer. I would always be a loyal customer but the last few times I tried booking with Carlos he stood me up without any explanation. If you don’t want to waste your time or energy avoid this place since there is better options around the area.
