When I scheduled an air duct cleaning, Chris, the technician, showed me pictures of my ducts before and after. The amount of dust concealed inside was astounding. Our furnace was making strange noises, and the airflow felt weak. Brian checked and found the blower clogged with dust and the return vents packed with debris. He cleaned the blower, ducts, and furnace, then sanitized everything. He showed us the bag of dirt he removed, which was shocking. Afterward, the furnace ran smoothly, and the airflow was much stronger. Brian explained how neglecting duct cleaning can make the system overwork. I’m glad we had it done in time.
