Well I think that management at cottage grove is the worst I have ever seen....turnover rate is ridiculous due to the fact that they have their head so far up there a** it's not funny...I enjoyed working there with my coworkers...but management at the lower level has no clue. Expect someone to learn everything in 3 weeks? Honkamps?? Should really look into it and see who the REAL problem really is.
