Terrible experience I delivered a small fork lift cylinder, pay the deposit was told I would be done in a week tops. Two weeks later no cylinder was told they ordered the wrong parts and would need custom seals made. “Would be done next day no extra charge” I pick up the cylinder and they charged me 100 more than I was quoted. I will never bring anything to this place again terrible management terrible communication they suck for the prices they charge people. Bad business practices
My business is located across the street I’ve been coming here for over 6 years for all of my needs hydraulic wise today was my last visit to this establishment.. I was told they could help me repair my truck and without even looking at the truck or knowing anything about it the owner sent his guys out to tell me it was going to be about 2 grand but hasn’t even looked at the truck yet.. Very helpful. Prices are a little high but good quality
Been doing business for over 10 years.... Sadly under new management prices went up quality of work went down..... Manager is rude disrespectful and doubles the price..... Really miss the days of the old man with a cowboy hat that was honest and trustworthy... Thankfully there's good companies like Travis dl out there
