We had a gift card and the experience was awful. They actually gave you paper plates, no servers and the pizza was average at best. The menu is very limited and the employees not very good. The place leaves a lot to be desired. Beer and drinks are good and the prices are ridiculous

Today was my first time at Hydraulic Hearth and I absolutely loved it. As soon as we walked in, the whole place smelt wonderful. I had the Barella pizza and a wonderful cocktail that was very refreshing. The atmosphere was wonderful, the wait staff were attentive, and the bartenders were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Will definitely be returning!
Food and drink were ok, a little pricey but my overall review reflects something that left me feeling super disappointed and uneasy. Don't pay cash if you want your change back! I ordered a drink and appetizer at the outside bar and paid with cash. When the bartender didn't give me my change, I asked her about it, and she said "we don't have coins outside so we round up". The atmosphere is to DIE FOR! Not sure if it is always a self serve type of establishment but it was when we went there. You immediately start a tab at the bar which is where you order all food and drinks and it is brought out to your table. They have a water, small plates, napkin, utensil set up but they also provide the napkins and plates at the table. As far as food goes, the Burrata pizza was incredible with the perfect crust.
