HESCO replaced a gear set in a PTO a few years back & did a great job plus allowed us to wait while they did the work. I was impressed then but since they are in Richmond, VA. and our shop is in Lorton, I had lost touch with them. For whatever reason I had thought that they were mostly a PTO shop. I just wanted to write a note of appreciation for the service call received from Ed on Saturday night. My snow plow went down and I was able to contact HESCO and within two hours I was able to proceed with my contract. Thanks for the quality service and your company's understanding of my immediate need. Also, I received a corrected invoice today. Extremely helpful. More importantly I trust them! They say what they will do and they do what they say. Their advice, recommendations and action was honest & accurate. The workmanship was excellent.
Finally a place that rebuilds jacks. They did a good job and it wasn't expensive. Thank you.
