My bus was damaged whilst being worked on at the HDS factory as they had parked it on the road when the service was completed. Roxy took absolutely 0 responsibility and refused to pay for any damages and was absolutely useless to deal with. Stay away
Absolute nightmare this company , had a simple hyd air jack there for repair, dropped it off took few weeks told me it would just need a few seals and a couple hours to fix , get a call saying it’s ready go pick it up and it’s $840. pay the bill get it back to the shop doesn’t work, call them return it to workshop they wind relief up to where it needs to be take it back to the shop, doesn’t work again. , take it back again with a spare one to show them how it needs to be, they have it for another week and say it’s ready to g... read more
