Top service all the time. Downtime was minimal as they do everything in house. Parts network far and wide, and great communication from the team. HDS are perfect for crane truck fleets
On the road again & back up to full speed. The PTO broke, which meant no tray or winch. A week of searching hi & low for a fix , hitting road blocks everywhere, then I met Roxy from HDS at Narangba. He sourced a new unit & was confident his team could retro fit & marry it to the old rig. They had a couple of road bumps to navigate but got there in the end Thanks for your help to Roxy & his team. I tried to make a booking to get a quote, talked to young guy and he said that he have to check with his supervisor the supervisor told him to hang up (overhead in background) so he did. Well I'll take my business somewhere else.
These guys bent over backwards to sort me out and get me on the road. Even for a first time pass through customer. So amazing.
