I needed a couple of o-rings for a car project but did not know the size needed, so I brought the part in and the sales person was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and took out his calipers, took a couple of measurements and the next thing I knew they had a perfect fit for my part. There is no way that I would have been able to figure out that size I needed without their help. I only wish I knew the name of the salesperson so I could call him out for being so nice and knowledgeable, but thank you very much.

Jason went above and beyond when I came in with a hydraulic cylinder. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t get it back together and he took the initiative to help. 10/10 customer service.

My name is Bob, I was in to HydraPak last week and received help from Jason Simpson. He was very helpful and new just what I needed. He has great customer service, if more people was like him our world would be a better place. I would have giving him a 5 star, but the company is a little slow, seems they need more help!
