This is a good company if you want to waste your time and not get no experience
I'm so disappointed in parts service from San Anotonio location. I've been dealing with Martin lately and I can't get any answers back from him. Ordered a part and can't get an invoice because he won't answer my phone calls or emails. I do not recommend dealing with these people.
If you need Hydraulic service Hydradyne, LLC will always be there to get you going. Used them several times over several years. this is where I go if I need any work on our presses.
I guess this is what you get trying support and buy local. I went in looking for a replacement cylinder. The short man with glasses wearing a button down shirt (manager of some type) behind the counter could have not cared less about what I needed. He wrote down about 4 numbers and continued to talk to the other 4 employees about what he ate for lunch and where they were going to go for lunch. I gave him the numbers a third time.
