I had dinner with two friends of mine (11/15/2023 around 5:30pm). The waitress (Diane) was our server. She was the rudest/worst server I ever had the displeasure of ruining my dining experience. It all started when she took our order. When she got to me, I asked her if they served bread, because there wasn't any on the table, and because I was thinking of ordering steamed clams. We went to Hydra Restaurant is Sandpoint, Idaho tonight after a beautiful day hiking in the nearby forest and enjoying fall colors. We wanted the salad bar but they aren’t doing it anymore since Covid. We ordered two Salmon dinners. The garlic butter parmesan mashed potatoes came with the dinner and were excellent as well as the green beans. I have never tasted Salmon this good, incredibly tasty and grilled to perfection. We enjoyed our dinners. The restaurant was busy and the service was good.
