I recently tunned a couple of my cars at hydra motor works. I had the best experience with Austin, the sales rep who helped me with every question I had. Steve, the tuner was fantastic as well! Hydra has the best tuners hands down, and they provided me with excellent customer service. Thank you hydra! Will be coming back soon.
They tuned my Q50 and the next day my engine light came on and the car stalled to a stop. I got the car towed to Infiniti to get it fixed and took them a month to fix the mess hydra created. I contacted Austin at hydra and sent him a detailed dealership work order so I can get a refund for what they have done but he’s giving me the run around. I’ll take this complaint to BBB as well. Don’t trust this place with your car they are not reliable and will NOT take full responsibility for their screw ups. What a shame
